Wildlife Explorers weekend
nature programs for kids

Looking for something to give the child that has everything? Consider giving the gift of nature to your child, grandchild, niece, nephew or friend. Children have so many things that keep them indoors like video games, computers and toys. Why not give them the gift of nature and register them in one of our Wildlife Explorers weekend nature programs where they can (re-)connect with nature. See above for a list of programs.

Contact us at education@rvcc.ca or 416-282-8265 to purchase a Gift Certificate or to register your child.

Join us for this new and exciting program for children ages 5-12. Programs are six weeks in length (see exact dates below) and run from 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Cost per child is $200 per six week program. Can’t make it to all the dates? Sign up for individual days for $35/child/date. These programs offer children the opportunity to get outside to learn about the environment around them as well as participate in a variety of activities, crafts and games. All of the programs are aimed at getting children back outdoors to experience, appreciate and garner the health and mental benefits from being in a truly natural setting.
